UBERMAN SLEEP SCHEDULE!


Today I decided that there just isn't enough time in a day so I decided to be a man and do something about it. So I decided to teach my body a lesson, I need to retrain my body to only run on 2 hours of sleep a day. But Mason thats crazy you'll be sleep deprived, you might be thinking but fear not! I will be sleeping for 30 minutes every 6 hours. The first week is gonna be rough but after that my body will be able to dive right into deep sleep instantly allowing me awake feeling fully refreshed with an extra 4 to 6 hours a day in my pocket. I will let you know how the experiment is going along the way. So if you want to be a man let me know and we can party! Well it's just about time for my 30 minute nap. PEACE.

  1. There is no way in hell I could ever do this. But let me know if it works. I love my precious sleep too much to only get 2 hours a day. ha ha ha
